DYCELO PRIVACY POLICY
DYCELO プライバシーポリシー
株式会社Dreamers Community（以下「当社」）は、ゲームアプリ「DYCELO」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1. 本アプリ内に保存する情報
本アプリは、ハイスコア、最後に選択したモード、盤面サイズ、操作方法および表示言語などを、お使いの端末内に保存します。これらはゲーム記録や設定を保持するために使用します。本アプリはユーザーアカウントを提供せず、これらのゲーム記録を当社のサーバーに送信しません。アプリを削除すると、端末内の記録が失われる場合があります。
2. 広告サービスによる情報の取扱い
本アプリは広告の配信、表示、効果測定および不正防止のため、Unity LevelPlay を通じて広告サービスを利用します。広告サービスの構成や配信地域に応じて、広告識別子・端末識別子、広告の表示や操作に関する情報、アプリの利用状況、端末情報および診断情報などが広告事業者により取得・利用される場合があります。広告事業者は取得した情報を各社のプライバシーポリシー等に従って取り扱います。
iOS では、該当する場合、広告 SDK の初期化前に Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）による許可を求めます。ATT の選択は端末の設定から変更できます。ATT の許可は、適用される法令に基づく同意や選択に代わるものではありません。広告の詳細については、Unity のプライバシーポリシーおよびUnity ゲームプレイヤー・アプリユーザー向けプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
3. 通信と第三者への提供
本アプリの基本的なゲームプレイは端末内で行えます。広告の取得・表示にはインターネット接続が必要です。当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本アプリ内に保存するゲーム記録を第三者へ提供しません。広告サービスの提供に必要な情報は、前項に記載する広告事業者により取り扱われる場合があります。
4. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーまたは本アプリにおける情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせ、または適用される法令に基づく情報の開示・訂正・削除等のご請求は、privacy@dreamers-community.co.jpまでご連絡ください。広告事業者が独自に管理する情報については、各社の窓口へのご請求が必要となる場合があります。
5. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、法令の改正や本アプリの機能変更等に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページへの掲載その他適切な方法でお知らせします。

DYCELO Privacy Policy
Dreamers Community, K.K. (the “Company”) explains below how information is handled in the DYCELO game app (the “App”).
1. Information stored on your device
The App stores high scores, your last selected mode, board size, control preference, and display language locally on your device to retain your game records and settings. The App does not provide user accounts and does not send these game records to the Company’s servers. Removing the App may delete locally stored records.
2. Advertising services
The App uses advertising services through Unity LevelPlay to deliver, display, measure, and protect advertisements. Depending on the advertising service configuration and your region, advertising providers may collect and use advertising or device identifiers, ad impression and interaction data, app usage, device information, and diagnostic information. Providers handle such information under their own privacy policies.
On iOS, where applicable, the App requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before initializing advertising SDKs. You can change your ATT choice in your device settings. ATT permission does not replace consent or choices required by applicable law. Please see Unity’s Privacy Policy and its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for more information.
3. Network access and sharing
Core gameplay runs on your device. An internet connection is required to retrieve and display ads. The Company does not provide game records stored by the App to third parties except as required by law. Information necessary to provide advertising services may be handled by the advertising providers described above.
4. Contact
For questions about this policy or the App’s handling of information, or to make a request to access, correct, or delete information under applicable law, contact us at privacy@dreamers-community.co.jp. Requests concerning information independently controlled by advertising providers may need to be directed to those providers.
5. Changes to this policy
The Company may update this policy in response to changes in law or the App. Material changes will be announced on this page or by other appropriate means.
